A specially designed fitness coaching program for ages 11+, both female and male, of all shapes, sizes and fitness abilities!

 

Our mission: To educate youth on the benefits of an active lifestyle and to show them that fitness can be FUN!

 

SCHEDULE:

Week 1: July 10 – 13 

Week 2: July 17 – 20

Week 3: July 24 – 27

Class time is 9:15-10:15 am 

You can come to 1, 2, or all 3 weeks! Or you can choose any 3, 6 or 9 workouts to attend!!

 

Classes meet in the parking lot closest to the tennis courts in Tamaques Park!

 

RATES

$75/week

$149 for all 3 weeks/all 12 classes

$129 for ANY 9 classes

$99 for ANY 6 classes

$55 for ANY 3 classes

 

 

YouthFitWF will:

  • help with managing weight
  • increase self-esteem
  • build confidence
  • increase fitness level & sports performance
  • help improve temperaments
  • sharpen minds
  • enhance healthier skin & bone development. 

 

YouthFitWF will provide a motivating, team building atmosphere that will challenge teens to set and reach their goals, raise confidence in their abilities and performance and help them to discover their strengths.

 

Our instructors will be there to guide, encourage, instruct and motivate teens and help them to achieve their fitness goals.

 

YouthFitWF will consist of:

  • cardio and strength training
  • core stabilization
  • sport enhancement
  • speed and agility training
  • balance work
  • plyometrics
  • flexibility training 

 

At the end of the 4-weeks, participants will have made friendsgotten in shapebuilt confidence, and be set for a lifetime of fitness!

Need a minimum of 8 participants pre-registered by June 18 in order to run the program!
