Bootcamp Westfield Fitness Classes

 

 

BCWF:

During BootCampWF’s 6-week program, all recruits do a combination of cardio training, calisthenics, strength workouts, circuit training, obstacle courses, abdominal work and other fun surprises we have in store for you each day. All classes end with stretching. We try to make the workouts fun and challenging at the same time! The more effort you put into the class, the more results you will get out of it!

 

BCWF Lite:

Designed for those new or just returning to exercise, BCWF Lite is a gentler approach to working out, where the focus is on reconnecting with your body and getting it moving on a regular basis in a supportive and nature-filled environment. The intensity level will be low to moderate. There is absolutely NO RUNNING required, although you can if you want to! All cardiovascular exercise will be done at a walker’s pace and heart rates will be taken regularly. All strength training will be done with exercise resistance bands, light weights and body weight. There will be a lot of support in a wonderful group atmosphere!

 

BCWF TRX:

ALL CORE, ALL THE TIME! Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  BCWF TRX Training is an excellent accompaniment to your BootCampWF training, and will benefit people at every training level who seek a method to safely and rapidly improve their fitness. These classes are limited to 6 people and you must sign up ahead of time. Sign-ups are taken on a first come, first served basis and you must be paid in full to sign up for any BCWF TRX class. Cancellation policy: If you cannot make the class, you must let us know at least 24-hours prior to the class or you will be charged for it.

 

BCWF Extreme:

For those who want to take the intensity of BootCampWF up to the next level, BCWF Extreme will push you beyond your limits with workouts packed with nonstop drills of strength, power, resistance, heart-pounding cardio and ultimate ab and core moves. You can top off a few days of BootCampWF workouts with one day of BCWF Extreme, or challenge yourself to the EXTREME every time! The choice is yours!
