8-Week Session:

   Spring II Session: May 1 – June 26 (No Classes 5/26-29)

   *Saturday classes during Spring II – need a minimum of 3 people to run each Saturday class. You can sign up by emailing, texting, calling or facebooking any BCWF instructor. Emails will be sent out each Friday and it will be posted on Facebook.

 

 

*BCWF TRX :  Classes are 45-minutes.  You must reserve your spot ahead of time.  Need a minimum of 3 recruits to hold class; maximum of 8.  24-Hour cancellation policy – if you cannot make a class, you must cancel at least 24-hours ahead of time, or you will be charged for the class.
